Thai Omelet (Kai Jeaw)
A quick and easy omelet that is a perfect option for breakfast on your busy mornings. Kid friendly too.
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp finely chopped shallots
1 tbsp Squid fish sauce
¼ tsp ground pepper
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp water

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix shallots, fish sauce, pepper and water into well beaten eggs.
2. Heat well the oil in a pan and slowly pour in the egg mixture. Allow the egg to set.
3. When lower side is cooked, turn over to cook other side. Remove from heat and serve.
4. Your Thai Omelet – Kai jeaw is ready!
