This easy egg salad is quite common for many beginner Thai cooks. Like most Thai salad, its spicy taste is perfect to eat with alcohol beverage. You can also eat this dish with rice as a dinner.
2 Eggs
1 Onion, sliced
1 Tomatoes, sliced
1 Celery, sliced
7 Bird’s eye chili, chopped
1 tbs. Lime orlemon juice
1 tbs. Fish sauce
2 ts. Sugar
- Fried the eggs until cooked. Take them out. You can also cut them into pieces for convenience.
- Mix the dressing by adding lime juice, fish sauce, chopped bird’s eye chili and sugar. Stir until the sugar is diluted.
- Top the fried eggs with sliced onion, sliced tomatoes and sliced celery. Add the dressing. Serve.
